After donating on projectelo.mysellauth.com, open a ticket in the support Discord with your receipt and your ELO username. Staff will add your perks manually. Perks never affect gameplay fairness and are cosmetic or quality of life only.

Accounts moved to new hosting during the VPS migration. If your login no longer works, register again with the same username and open a ticket in the support Discord so staff can merge your old progress where possible.

Download the launcher, choose Register, enter a username and password, then log in. If you need help, ask in the support Discord.

Close the launcher fully, run it as administrator, make sure your game files are correct and try again. If it still crashes, share your crash log in the support Discord so the team can help.

Yes, the v9.10 build may show an Epic login prompt on first launch. Use your ELO account details in the ELO launcher, not an Epic account. If the prompt loops, close the game, reopen the launcher and try again.

Report bugs in the support Discord with what you did, what you expected and what happened, plus screenshots or clips if you have them. Include your region so staff can check EU, NA East, NA West or OCE quickly.
